The service engineer carries out the fixed preventive inspection of all parts of your apartment or house in the following areas:

Interior

• Inspection of  all interior lighting; if need be, replacement of light sources or of the other accessories
• Inspection of  fittings and door hinges, windows and locks
• Inspection of all plumbing fixtures and of WCs functionality
• Inspection of  the air-conditioning functionality; if need be, cleaning or replacement of filters
• Inspection of  plinths and moldings
• Inspection of  the heating system condition; if need be, radiators venting, boiler inspection
• Inspection of  the interior general condition, suggestion of other necessary repairs

Exterior

• Cleaning of rain pipe sand traps and of rain pipes
• Inspection of  smooth operation of the entrance gate/gates, inspection of the controller operation, preventive maintenance of mechanical parts of the equipment
• Inspection of  security systems functionality

Next, the service engineer carries out other tasks according to the customer’s requirements.
